  went to Noodles & Company 1110 Concord Ave, Concord, CA
  been there many times and i order the same thing but
  on 3-23-18 930pm they gave me pesto cavatappi
  and i order buttered noodles and did not check to see
  if they gave me buttered noodles like i always do got
  home open took 3 bites and it was bad food. so i got
  food poisoning 3-24 pm from it with two virus and
  very severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills. and
  no food/water because passed out and could not
  call 911 untill 3-26 5pm and medics said i was in
  AFIB 195. in the hospital for two days but still
  had diarrhea untill 4-10-18.
