  Although the repair tech that came out was kind and professional, I am disgusted by the customer service provided by this company. The only reason I am using them is because they are contracted to provide the service for my LG refrigerator.
  
  They asked for me to send pictures and detailed information so their tech could be well prepared in advance of arriving. When he got there he had to ask for all of the same information because they had not even told him why he was being sent to my house.
  
  They will only give you a day that they will be coming out and then will confirm the window after 5 pm the day before they are coming. If there is any conflict, it is too late to contact them since their offices close at 5 pm. It is shockingly customer unfriendly to not at least give a service window. It forces you to completely clear your calendar for an entire day with no concern about the impact.
  
  The real frustration came when it was discovered that parts had to be ordered and I am now going through the hassle of scheduling my repair appointment for a second time. I am thoroughly frustrated!!!!!!!
