  I have there service in Oakland Ca. I have had it for a year there customer service has been excellent. When I had a problem with my phone line they came out and fixed on the time they said they would. Anytime I have had to ever call them they answered my question not giving the run around. When I thought I need more speed in stead of trying to upsell me. they reconfigured my router to make it faster. They don't make excuses or false promises and they get to work fixing your issue. I have definitely gotten a great deal. I use to use Xfinity and U Verse. They may only offer DSL When fiber comes to my city I am getting it. These guys beat them hands down in service and support.
